Nose
Rich maritime smoke meets dried apricot and salted dark chocolate. Underneath, there's a distinctive beeswax note and hints of old leather. The peat here is campfire-like rather than medicinal, seasoned by nearly two decades in wood.
Palate
Chewy and full-bodied, with layers of smoked meat, toffee, and dark fruit compote unfolding slowly. A burst of clove spice arrives mid-palate, followed by coastal brine and a tarry sweetness. The oak integration is remarkably seamless.
Finish
Long and warming, with smoldering peat, dried fruit, and a final flourish of dark cocoa that lingers for minutes.
