Nose
Ripe black cherry and wild berry perfume the glass, supported by dried herbs, violet, and a touch of garrigue. Hints of cedar and warm spice develop with air.
Palate
Structured and generous, with concentrated blackcurrant and cherry fruit layered over toasted oak and marzipan. The tannins are fine-grained and persistent, while a gamey, earthy complexity adds depth. Floral rose notes thread through the midpalate.
Finish
Long and savory, with lingering cedar, dried berry, and a mineral-edged close. The garrigue character returns on the fade.
