Nose
Green cut grass and orchard honey open the nose, followed by a wave of vanilla and gentle dried fruit. There is an appealing freshness — almost dewy — with a suggestion of almond beneath.
Palate
Creamy and delicate, with flavors of peach, buttery shortbread, and a flicker of clove spice. The mouthfeel is medium-weight, coating the tongue evenly before a subtle woody dryness emerges.
