Nose
Juniper dominates immediately, assertive and piney, with a peppery warmth underneath. Grapefruit zest and elderflower emerge as secondary notes, along with a waxy, resinous quality.
Palate
Dense and powerfully structured, the high proof amplifies every botanical. Juniper leads, followed by cassia bark warmth, coriander seed, and bright grapefruit. The mouthfeel is almost oily, with a definite peppery bite through the midpalate.
