Nose
Ripe Golden Delicious apple and citrus zest open generously, followed by toasted hazelnut and a subtle honeyed quality. A light mineral note — chalky and clean — sits beneath, with a whisper of white flowers.
Palate
Rich and textured, with buttery weight that still retains freshness. Citrus and green apple provide lift through the mid-palate, while toasted almond and a faint vanilla note from extended lees aging add depth. The mineral backbone gives the wine its spine.
