Nose
Layered aromatics of white peach, honeysuckle, beeswax, crushed almonds, and a wisp of woodsmoke, with chamomile and quince deepening as it opens.
Palate
Broad and quietly powerful — poached pear, candied lemon peel, and toasted hazelnut carried by an oily texture, tempered by a mineral seam of wet granite and saline tension.
Finish
Extraordinarily long, resolving into dried flowers, marzipan, and warm brioche, with a slow taper into stony silence.
