Nose
Bright coastal peat and lemon zest greet you first, followed by honey-drizzled barley and a vegetal whiff of cut grass. There's a maritime salinity underneath — kelp and clean sea air.
Palate
Medium-bodied with a compelling interplay of smoky malt and orchard fruit. The peat is assertive but never suffocating, leaving room for vanilla, honey, and a gentle earthy quality. The farm-grown barley gives it a distinctive cereal sweetness.
Finish
Long, with lingering smoke, gentle clove spice, and a mineral-saline close that recalls the Islay shoreline.
