Tasting Notes

Nose

Tropical fruit and toasted almond lead, followed by warm honey and a distinctive note of fresh peach. There is a subtle minerality underneath, like sun-warmed stone, alongside gentle vanilla.

Palate

Rich and textured, with buttery malt and dried fruit creating a full mouthfeel. Clove spice emerges mid-palate alongside dark cocoa and a thread of orange peel. The mouthfeel is distinctly creamy.

Finish

Long and warming, with lingering honey, gentle woody tannins, and a clean mineral dryness that keeps the sweetness in check.
