Nose
Fresh sugarcane stalk lifts first, followed by candied ginger, lemongrass, and a whisper of coconut water. Toasted oak and a light vanilla custard note settle in with time in the glass.
Palate
Silky and gently oily, with grassy cane sweetness braided into orange peel, green banana, and warm baking spice. Mid-palate reveals soft toffee and a faint peppery agricole tingle that keeps the sweetness in check.
Finish
Medium-length and clean, with lingering vanilla, dried pineapple, and a cooling herbal echo — chamomile meets sugarcane fiber.

Founded in 2012 by a French-Thai team on Thailand's southwestern coast, Chalong Bay ferments and distills fresh-pressed local sugarcane in a hand-hammered Armagnac-style Charentais still, aging the spirit in tropical warehouses where a single year equates to several in Europe.
