Nose
Crushed blackcurrant and wild cherry burst forward, joined by dried herbs, cracked pepper, and a distinct stony minerality. There's a faint garrigue note — rosemary and thyme — that anchors the fruit.
Palate
Medium-full bodied with bright acidity. Dark berry fruit is layered with cedar and a touch of toasted oak. The schist terroir shows in a chalky, mineral mid-palate that gives the wine tension and grip without heaviness.
