Nose
Dark cherry and crushed blackberry mingle with garrigue — dried thyme, rosemary, and lavender. There's a subtle meaty quality beneath the fruit, along with cracked black pepper and a faint whiff of warm stone.
Palate
Generous but structured, with ripe berry fruit wrapped in fine-grained tannins. Mid-palate brings violet and dried herb complexity, followed by a mineral thread that keeps the wine focused. The oak is barely perceptible, allowing the fruit and terroir to lead.
Finish
Medium-long, with lingering cherry, herb, and a pleasant earthy grip.
