The 2021 vintage is especially graceful, offering purity of fruit without heaviness.

Nose
Ripe cherry and raspberry lead, interwoven with dried lavender, garrigue herbs, and a soft earthy undertone. A gentle spice note and the faintest suggestion of licorice emerge with air.
Palate
Medium-to-full bodied, with juicy red and dark fruit framed by fine-grained tannins. Cherry and blackcurrant dominate, supported by herbal complexity and a minerally freshness that lifts the mid-palate. Hints of black pepper and toasted notes emerge on the back end.
Finish
Long and savory, with lingering garrigue, soft tannins, and a cherry-inflected fade.
