Nose

Rich, concentrated pot still spice — clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon — over dried apricot, vanilla, and toasted oak.

Palate

Oily, full, and undiluted. Pot still character at full volume: baked apple, black pepper, dark chocolate, and toffee.

Finish

Long and spicy. Pot still pepper, clove, and dried orange peel fade slowly.
