Nose

Palate
Full-bodied and grain-forward — rye spice arrives first with black pepper and clove, giving way to honeyed corn, brown butter, and a distinct nuttiness of toasted pecan. Leather and dry oak add structure mid-palate.
Finish
Long, warming, and unmistakably rye-driven, with lingering baking spices, charred oak, and a dry tobacco-leaf fade that echoes the arid Wyoming landscape.
