Nose
A taut opening of dark caramel and toasted rye bread, tightening around baking spice, orange peel, and a whisper of tobacco leaf; air coaxes out darker notes of cocoa nib and charred oak.
Palate
The tension breaks on the tongue — a rush of brown sugar and cinnamon-dusted cherry gives way to peppery rye, leather, and a resinous pull of oak. Mid-palate carries pecan brittle and a faint char.
