Nose
Dried apricot, bruised apple, chamomile tea, orange peel, and a whisper of almond skin lifted by saline mineral notes and beeswax.
Palate
Textured and grippy with tannic structure rare in white wine; flavors of quince paste, candied citrus rind, hazelnut, dried herbs, and salted lemon. Bone-dry with vibrant acidity cutting through the phenolic weight.
Finish
Long, savory, and gently tannic — dried orange peel, walnut skin, and mineral salinity linger with pleasing bitterness.

The Oslavia Hold — Not intended for cocktails — but for a wine-forward aperitivo, combine 3 oz Radikon Slatnik with a dash of orange bitters and a strip of grapefruit peel over one large cube. Stir briefly and serve in a stemmed glass.
Food Pairing
Aged Montasio, prosciutto di San Daniele, roasted chicken with saffron, or lentil and farro stews. Its tannic grip also handles grilled mushrooms and miso-glazed fish beautifully.
Crafted in Oslavia by Saša Radikon, who carries forward the radical vision of his late father Stanko — the vigneron who resurrected ancient Friulian skin-contact traditions in the 1990s, fermenting whites like reds with no additions save a whisper of sulfur at bottling.
