Nose
Intensely aromatic with green apple, white flowers, and a distinctive honeyed quality. A faint herbal note — almost like chamomile — sits beneath the fruit, with a chalky minerality rising through.
Palate
Medium-bodied with a waxy, textured mouthfeel that distinguishes Romorantin from its Loire neighbors. Green apple and quince drive the front palate, followed by honey, a subtle nuttiness, and a bracing mineral acidity that keeps everything taut and fresh.
Finish
