Nose
Intense aromas of quince, green apple, and white flowers lead, with a pronounced mineral character like wet stone. Hints of honey and acacia emerge with air.
Palate
Full-bodied and taut, with a steely acidity that frames ripe pear, citrus zest, and a chalky mineral core. A slight waxy texture adds depth without heaviness.
