Nose
Cooked agave is still present despite the extended aging, joined by rich caramel, butterscotch, and a thread of dark chocolate. Vanilla and oak are prominent but measured, with a faint mineral earthiness grounding the sweetness.
Palate
Full-bodied and luxurious, with layers of cooked agave, toffee, and cinnamon building across the palate. A leathery quality emerges at the midpoint, flanked by toasted oak and a whisper of tobacco. Despite its richness, the agave identity holds firm.
Finish
Long and warming, with lingering dark chocolate, pepper, and a return of the mineral earth note that gives it a sense of place.
