Nose
High-toned esters burst from the glass — overripe banana, tropical fruit compote, and a distinct funky note that reads as fermented pineapple. Below that, caramel and toasted oak provide grounding, with a whisper of tobacco leaf.
Palate
Full-bodied and assertive, with molasses sweetness meeting citrus zest on entry. The mid-palate is where the complexity lives: dried fruit, leather, and baking spice interweave with the signature Hampden ester funk. Oak adds tannic structure without dryness.
