Nose
Explosive tropical fruits — overripe banana and pineapple — burst from the glass, joined by an unmistakable funky ester profile. Behind the fruit sits a diesel-like intensity, varnish, and a layer of muscovado sugar. With air, orange peel and a faint vanilla sweetness emerge.
Palate
Full-throttle and oily, with searing tropical fruit esters up front. The high proof carries flavors of molasses, roasted nuts, and a savory leather quality. Coffee and dark chocolate develop at midpalate, providing ballast against the wild ester character. Spice crackles across the tongue.
Finish
Extremely long, with persistent tropical fruit, burnt rubber funk, and a slow fade of oak and tobacco. The heat is present but controlled, leaving a lasting impression of concentrated Jamaican terroir.
