Nose
Red cherry and dried rose petals dominate, with a secondary layer of dried herbs, tea leaf, and a faint tarry edge. There is an earthy undertone and a whisper of violet.
Palate
The entry is elegant and mid-weight, with sour cherry and raspberry fruit framed by fine-grained tannins. A herbal, minty note adds freshness, while subtle toast from oak aging provides structure without dominating.
Finish
Medium-long, with cherry and rose slowly fading into a gentle, earthy close.
