Ripe dark cherry and crushed blackcurrant dominate, layered with garrigue herbs, a hint of violet, and a dusting of warm spice. A subtle earthiness emerges with air.
Palate
Medium to full-bodied with juicy cherry fruit, cedar, and a lightly gamey quality that signals serious terroir. The tannins are polished and fine-grained, framing flavors of dried herbs and toasted oak.
