Nose
Wild strawberry and dried cherry lead, woven with a distinct violet perfume. Beneath the fruit there's a mineral, chalky quality and a faint hint of fresh herbs.
Palate
Ethereal and precise, with sour cherry and pomegranate balanced by fine-grained tannins. A thread of iron-like minerality runs through the mid-palate, and the oak is barely perceptible — just a whisper of cedar.
Finish
Long and savory, with lingering cherry, crushed stone, and a floral echo that persists.
