Nose
Toasted oak and honeyed malt lead, with a wisp of coastal peat smoke drifting behind ripe orchard fruit, vanilla pod, and a suggestion of sea spray.
Palate
Full-bodied and layered — dark honey, baked apple, and buttered brioche give way to gentle smoke, clove, and dried apricot. Sherry-cask influence adds raisin and cocoa depth without dominating.
Finish
Long and warming, with lingering peat embers, orange peel, and a coastal mineral note that recalls the salt-lashed cliffs of Slieve League.

The Cliffwalker — 2 oz Silkie Reserve, 0.75 oz honey syrup (2:1 heather honey to water), 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, 2 dashes orange bitters. Shake with ice, strain into a coupe, express an orange peel over the top.
