Nose

Palate
Medium-bodied and smooth. Caramel and vanilla dominate the entry, then coconut and banana emerge at the mid-palate. A gentle spice note — clove and nutmeg — provides counterpoint. The double aging (Barbados then Cognac casks in France) is evident in the layered complexity.
Finish
Medium, with lingering toffee and a clean, dry oak close. The tropical notes recede slowly, leaving warmth and a hint of spice.
