Nose
Ethereal red cherry and wild strawberry mingle with dried rose petals and a faint earthy, forest-floor note. There is a quiet herbal quality, like dried thyme.
Palate
Light-bodied but deeply flavored, with tart cherry, cranberry, and a hint of citrus peel. The tannins are nearly invisible, replaced by a mineral grip and gentle bitterness that recalls tea leaves.
Finish
Medium, with lingering cherry, a saline mineral note, and a clean, lifted acidity.
