Nose
Bright red cherry and wild strawberry jump from the glass, followed by dried Mediterranean herbs and a subtle violet perfume. There's a saline, mineral quality underneath that hints at the volcanic terroir.
Palate
Medium-bodied with a juicy, almost crunchy texture. Cherry dominates alongside hints of dried rose petal and a faint minty coolness. The tannins are silky and unobtrusive, letting the fruit speak clearly.
Finish
Clean and refreshing with lingering cherry and a savory, herbal close.
