Watershed Distillery
Watershed's Guild Series Gin is a masterclass in Midwestern craft — a distillery born at the confluence of two rivers channeling that meeting-of-currents philosophy into a thoughtfully layered spirit. Beautifully balanced between classic juniper-forward character and modern botanical complexity, it rewards both neat sipping and cocktail mixing. A quietly excellent American gin that deserves wider recognition.
