GlenAllachie 18 Year Old
GlenAllachie
Billy Walker's hand at cask selection is evident in this 18-year-old expression, which balances sherry cask richness with the distillery's characteristically robust spirit. It is an evening whisky in the truest sense — layered, unhurried, and deeply satisfying.
GlenAllachie 12 Year Old
GlenAllachie
Under Billy Walker's stewardship, GlenAllachie has become a masterclass in cask selection. This 12-year-old is matured across virgin oak, Pedro Ximénez, and oloroso sherry casks, and the result is a whisky that feels older than its age statement. It rewards slow sipping and demonstrates how thoughtful wood management elevates Speyside malt.
GlenAllachie 15 Year Old
GlenAllachie
Billy Walker's hand is all over this whisky, and it shows. The vatting of multiple sherry cask types creates a complexity that feels layered rather than loud. Non-chill-filtered at 46%, it retains every ounce of texture the wood intended to give.
