Cabeza Blanco is made at the legendary NOM 1414 facility in Arandas — the same highlands distillery behind some of tequila's most revered bottles. Here, agave piñas endure the long, slow roast of traditional brick ovens before being crushed and fermented, a process where patience and hardship yield depth. The result is a blanco that punches well above its modest price: honest, mineral-rich, and shaped by the highland altitude's extreme temperature swings that stress the agave into concentrating its sugars. This is a tequila forged by adversity — the scar of that long cook and that challenging terroir is precisely what seasons its remarkable character.
