Pegau's Cuvée Réservée is one of the most traditional expressions of Châteauneuf-du-Pape — aged in large old foudres that contribute structure without oak flavor. The 2021 vintage offers a slightly more restrained fruit profile than warmer years, which allows the terroir to speak more clearly.
