Dalmore 18 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Dalmore
The Dalmore 18 is a study in controlled opulence. Eighteen years of maturation in a combination of American white oak and Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks produce a whisky that feels lavish but never undisciplined. It is the scotch equivalent of a well-tailored overcoat.
Dalmore 12 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The Dalmore
The Dalmore 12 is a textbook example of how thoughtful cask management shapes a whisky. The split maturation between ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry casks creates a layered complexity that rewards attention without demanding expertise.
Dalmore 15 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Dalmore
Dalmore's 15-year-old demonstrates the distillery's signature approach to sherry cask management. The three-stage maturation — bourbon barrels, then Matusalem oloroso sherry casks, followed by Apostoles sherry casks — creates a layered, dessert-like whisky that somehow avoids heaviness. It rewards slow sipping.
